Teams of Impact

How fast your team goes is directly related to how connected they are – to each other, and to you. Does your team know how to make connections that get the work done? Are they a group of individuals working on their own goals, or are they a team of partners working toward a common group goal? Does your team trust each other and have healthy conflict that moves the company forward? Does your team generate new ideas as a regular part of their day/ Would you like to know, with confidence, how your team feels about these questions and others?

Our Teams of Impact workshops will teach your teams to work collaboratively for maximum impact. In both half-day or full-day workshops, we incorporate assessments as a springboard to understanding how individual strengths contribute to team efforts. Then, we guide groups to braid their talents together, forming a strong chord of commitment and performance.

Workshop topical focus can include building trust, revealing communication styles, using conflict constructively, recognizing team performance strengths and obstacles. Specific workshop content will be determined following client consultation.

Outcomes: Participants will:

  • Recognize behavioral preferences that display in team situations
  • Develop increased confidence to understand when, where, and how to contribute for team benefit
  • Appreciate that the strength of the team is greater than the sum of the individuals.

If you have a hunch that seeing your team from their viewpoint would be helpful, ask us about our Team Health Assessment.
