Created around four key dimensions of leadership effectiveness, the Relevant Movement™ L.E.A.D. leadership coaching program, has created a blueprint for leaders to evaluate their personal leadership position.
This leadership development program does more than offer you another view of yourself or others on your team. L.E.A.D. provides several views from which you can gain great awareness to better understand yourself, to view others from several perspectives, to broaden your appreciation of others, to enhance cooperation with others. This is accomplished by combining the results of three assessment tools with one-to-one individual coaching. Learning is furthered strengthened after completion of the coaching by establishing leadership communities. As steel sharpens steel, so too do effective leaders. When they are in community, on a regular basis, they form strong bonds and strengthen each other. Leadership in Community becomes the champion for effective leadership in your organization.
